License posture
SMU CGI uses an open-data posture for SMU-created datasets, while protecting SMU branding and respecting third-party source restrictions. The specific license tag (for example, CC BY 4.0 or ODC-BY 1.0) is recorded in every public export and API response in the license field. Final license selection is subject to SMU institutional approval; this page describes the operative posture pending that confirmation.

When using or redistributing SMU-created dataset fields, please cite:

Branding reservation
